Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Remote Customer Solutions Advisor to support clients from a global base, including Welkom and beyond.

You will guide customers through complex service inquiries, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction and retention, all from a home-based office. This role emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and CRM expertise in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• A dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
