Job summary

Strategy is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (with German) to bridge enterprise customers and Strategy engineering, product, and GTM teams. You will own the full post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers deeply adopt Strategy’s cloud-native Architecture, Mosaic Semantic Layer, and AI analytics within their stack.

You will drive measurable value and Net Revenue Retention by optimizing platform usage, adoption, and ROI, while aligning with enterprise goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing CS role within SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience managing strategic/enterprise accounts across multi-stakeholder orgs.
• Ability to analyze usage data and telemetry to drive expansion and optimization.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary bridge between enterprise customers and Strategy's teams.
• Own post-sales lifecycle and ensure deep integration of Strategy’s capabilities.
• Lead QBRs with business and tech stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and set priorities.
• Develop customer roadmaps aligning with architecture, security, and business objectives.
• Proactively identify renewal risks and opportunities for value expansion.
