Job summary

Momentus Technologies is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will partner with clients across multiple industries, drive adoption of our SaaS event and venue management platform, and help customers achieve measurable ROI.

Occasional travel to onsite visits and team events is expected. You will leverage Gainsight, Salesforce, and other tools to monitor success metrics, craft strategic plans, and foster long-term relationships.

• Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support renewals.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Cultivate customer advocates for testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
