Spring Health is seeking a remote, full-time Customer Success Manager to manage daily relationships with existing partners, travel up to 15%, and report to the Senior Manager of Customer Success. You will act as the face of the company to customers, driving product adoption and proactive service.

You will own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, value realization, engagement strategies, expansion, and renewal, while collaborating with sales and other teams to unlock additional

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation or healthcare management.
• Experience in upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue.
• Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
• Experience owning the life cycle contract renewals.
• Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present key findings and customer satisfaction.
• Experience adhering to and achieving outlined KPIs.
• Experience maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, success plans, customer relationship progression and opportunity management in a CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

• Serve as an account owner, product expert and mental health advocate for assigned Small and Medium Enterprise customers.
• Build rapport with decision makers and main points of contact to influence change and drive best practices adoption.
• Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, engagement and renewal.

• Create and present business reviews to senior HR executives and leaders with data-based recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver customer feedback and improve processes.
