Job summary

Jacobs, through StreetLight Data, is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the private sector. You will manage a portfolio of customers across industries, guiding onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion of subscriptions. Travel up to 30% may be required to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.

You will work with the Sales, Support and Training teams to ensure customer success, renewals and long-term value from StreetLight products and analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a customer success or account management representative for a software company or related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Project management skills to execute onboarding plans and success initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to present to senior executives and large audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Customer Success Manager for a portfolio of private sector customers using StreetLight data.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the subscription lifecycle from onboarding to renewal/expansion.
• Design and execute success plans to ensure renewals and revenue targets are met.
• Develop onboarding plans and coordinate with support and training teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and stakeholder engagements to drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support pursuits.
