• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Serve as Customer Success Manager for a portfolio of private sector customers leveraging mobility data
• Manage customer relationships throughout the subscription lifecycle from kickoff to renewal
• Design and execute customer success plans to ensure on-time renewals and revenue targets
• Develop onboarding plans and coordinate with support/training teams
• Lead quarterly business reviews and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
• Prepare materials and demos to ensure high engagement and value realization
• Maintain renewal opportunity details and forecast in CRM
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve quota
• Provide regular updates to management, finance, and support staff
