Job summary

Jacobs, in partnership with StreetLight Data, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Private Sector to guide a portfolio of enterprise customers toward adoption, renewal, and expansion of StreetLight solutions.

You will manage relationships across retail fuel, quick service restaurants, and other sectors, coordinate onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities, while maintaining renewal forecasts in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer success or account management for software/transportation domains.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Project management and onboarding plan execution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Customer Success Manager for a portfolio of private sector customers leveraging mobility data.
• Proactively manage customer relationships through lifecycle, starting at onboarding.
• Design and execute customer success plans to ensure renewals and expansion.
• Lead onboarding plans and coordinate with Support/Training teams for adoption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and engage stakeholders on renewal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
