Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Customer Success Manager for StreetLight Data in a USA remote role. You will manage a private sector portfolio, ensure successful onboarding, renewals, and expansions while coordinating with Sales and Support teams.

You will advocate for customers, deliver value through data-driven insights, and drive adoption of StreetLight solutions across industries. A base salary range is listed with commission opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer success or account management in software or transportation fields
Bachelor's degree required
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Project/Program management skills for onboarding and success plans
Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of private sector customers using StreetLight mobility data
Lead onboarding and renewal/expansion activities to ensure subscription success
Design and execute customer success plans; drive on-time renewals and revenue targets
Prepare usage reports and demos; maintain renewal status in CRM
Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify expansion opportunities
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on account health and status
