Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer success or account management for software or transportation projects.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private sector customers leveraging mobility data for a variety of business purposes.
• Proactively manage customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of the subscription from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Design and execute customer success plans to ensure renewals and revenue targets are hit.
• Develop onboarding plans and coordinate with Support and Training teams for successful adoption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and cadence check-ins with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support pursuits.
• Prepare meeting materials and usage reports to ensure high engagement and value realization.
• Maintain renewal opportunities and customer status in CRM and provide accurate renewal forecasts.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve account objectives.
• Provide regular updates to management on account status and financials.
