Job summary

Stadium is seeking a Results-driven Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end relationships, upsell, renewals, and growth across a book of business in a remote EST role. You’ll partner with Sales, Onboarding, CS, and Support to maximize value.

Based in NYC but remote, you’ll guide onboarding, drive adoption, monitor health, and ensure customer outcomes align with Stadium’s platform capabilities. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in CS, account mgmt or similar role.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify risk and growth within a book.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a solutions mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with careful listening.
• Strategic thinker who guides customers toward long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey for your book: handoff, onboarding, success, renewal and expansion.
• Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate Stadium features to customers.
• Foster confidence and excitement with new customers from sales transition.
• Guide onboarding and implementation to achieve fast time-to-value.
• Monitor health, identify risk, drive adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer initiatives.
• Expand product adoption by sharing use cases and best practices.
• Own renewals and expansions with commercial judgment.
