GovCIO is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support VA Data Modernization initiatives in a fully remote US position. You will own relationships with internal customers, understand strategic goals, and collaborate across product, engineering, and support to deliver measurable value.

You will drive adoption, maintain strong documentation, and develop playbooks and templates to strengthen the customer success function. This is a senior, impact-driven role within GovCIO’s federal IT mission.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in IT/engineering or technical field.
• “8+ years” project management or similar.
• “3+ years” in customer success or account management with enterprise experience.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, data analysis in spreadsheets, and building queries.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience onboarding users and provisioning access.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document processes and update knowledge articles.

• Prioritize top issues and triage to appropriate teams.
