GovCIO is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support Veterans Affairs (VA) Data Modernization initiatives. This role will be fully remote located within the United States and focus on rapid onboarding and high-quality user support for modern data platforms.

You will own a portfolio of internal customers, build relationships from analysts to directors, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support to realize and report customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or technical discipline (or commensurate experience).
• 8 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• 3+ years in customer success or related field with enterprise accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of internal customers and build deep relationships across their organizations.
• Develop understanding of customers’ strategic goals and targeted business results.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support to realize and report customer value.
• Provide access and provisioning support, including validating privileges for fast-track users.
• Assist users in understanding cloud data environments and workspace functionality.
• Coordinate with Databricks SMEs and enablement teams for support.
• Maintain rigorous account documentation and success plans.
• Identify blockers and drive process improvements.
• Triaged issues and drove them to resolution across teams.
