CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a results‑driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the client lifecycle across onboarding, adoption, and renewals. You will partner with clients as a trusted advisor to drive compliance achievement and security posture improvements while ensuring sustained platform adoption.

The role emphasizes proactive health monitoring, risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes and long‑term client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
• PCIP certification required within first 12 months of employment.
• Preferred: coursework or certification related to customer success, project management, or information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end client success lifecycle, including onboarding, success planning, ongoing engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with defined outcomes and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status, and platform usage.
• Identify risks or barriers to success and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive‑level business reviews to communicate progress and value.
