Shopmonkey is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with customers across the US and help drive adoption, expansion, and renewals. You will partner with Sales, Implementation, Support, and Product to ensure customers achieve value and success on our platform.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish with 1–3 years in SaaS customer success or a client-facing role, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce, Vitally, Zendesk, and Gainsight.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years in a customer success or client-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with customer success and CRM tools (Salesforce, Vitally, Zendesk, Gainsight).

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, including corporate accounts, franchises, and individual users.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure customers are engaged and maintain high NPS.
• Guide onboarding and product adoption to maximize value for customers.
• Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals in collaboration with Sales.
• Act as the primary contact for customer concerns and remove adoption roadblocks.
• Track and report on customer success metrics and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
