Job summary

Alert Media, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in a hybrid Mexico City role. You will own the customer journey for SMB accounts, drive adoption, and partner with Support, Marketing, and Sales to ensure health and growth.

You will respond to inquiries promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will guide customers through onboarding, manage escalations, and leverage Gainsight and Salesforce to track interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success management or account management experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment preferred.
• Salesforce or Hubspot experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB customers as a product expert to drive adoption and help customers achieve goals.
• Manage customer touchpoints through automated processes and innovative approaches.
• Host customer webinars and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Align with Customer Success to grow existing accounts via adoption, cross-sell and upsell.
• Evaluate health and risk for your book of business and manage escalations.
