Promenade is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to guide a book of business, retain partners, and drive growth with a small offshore support team. This hands-on role emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and clear communication.

You will hand off tasks to offshore reps, review their quality, and advocate for restaurant and floral partners. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; 1 year CS experience required; equity options and strong benefits offered.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with book of business ownership.
• Spanish bilingual is a big plus.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of a book of business and ensure clients receive value from Promenade.
• Maintain high retention and build trust with your book of business.
• Coordinate with offshore reps to meet client needs and improve efficiency.
• Triaging and resolving support issues via email and phone; escalate bugs to engineering as needed.
• Act as an advocate for Promenade partners and provide outstanding service.
• Identify trends and inefficiencies to improve the support process and user experience.
• Be a product evangelist, helping partners use Promenade products to connect local businesses with their community.
