Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support the team by delivering excellent service, configuring documents, and ensuring accuracy before filing deadlines. You will create and tag customer documents, collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, and apply XBRL tagging to financial statements and footnotes.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, independence, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Docs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Accounting, or a related program

Responsibilities

• Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
• Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
• Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes
• Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
