Job summary

Workiva Inc. offers an internship that is primarily remote with optional hybrid work at nearby office hubs.

You will create and implement customer documents using leading software, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance. You will apply XBRL tagging to financial statements and ensure accuracy before filing deadlines while delivering excellent internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or programs.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through are required.
• Technically savvy and competent with Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc.
• Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
• Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and footnotes
• Tie-out XBRL tagging information to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
