Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tool Maintenance: Help manage CRM, enablement automation, and data enrichment platforms.
• Data Quality: Clean and update contact lists, fix data errors, and keep records accurate.
• Workflow Support: Build and test basic automation rules, email sequences, or lead routing.
• Team Training: Write simple guides and help staff use software correctly.
• Reporting: Pull data and build basic dashboards to track team performance.
