Job summary

HelpfulRemote seeks a customer success professional to drive value for customers after purchase of Zero Networks products. You will segment assets and users, run post-purchase trainings, and maintain regular check-ins while coordinating with support and R&D to resolve issues and relay customer feedback.

The ideal candidate has a technical BS or equivalent experience, 3+ years in customer success or related roles in SaaS or information security, and strong communication/problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer success, technical support, or related roles.
• Experience in SaaS or information security preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers maximize value from Zero Networks platform.
