Job summary

OpenAsset is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in New York City to join our global CS team. The role blends hands-on technical problem-solving with client-facing duties across onboarding, adoption, and renewals, designing solutions and building integrations to ensure long-term client success.

Based in Midtown Manhattan, the CSE collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Sales to address recurring patterns, automate workflows, and deliver a best-in-class client experience with OpenAsset’s SaaS

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical, client-facing role with a client-first mindset.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and making API requests.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues across systems.

Responsibilities

• Design solution approaches with clients and stakeholders.
• Configure client environments, templates, data architecture, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product and Engineering to align technical solutions with goals.
• Automate workflows and create reusable templates or scripts for the team.
