OpenAsset - Axomic Ltd. is seeking a Technical Customer Success Engineer to join its global CS team in New York City, with a hybrid office cadence. The role focuses on designing solutions, building integrations with APIs, and guiding clients through onboarding to renewals.

You will work closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure scalable, automated outcomes using Python/JavaScript, REST APIs, and templating tools, while contributing to a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of technical, client-facing experience.
• Proficiency with Python or JavaScript scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs and making API requests.
• Ability to troubleshoot cross-system issues.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions and set up client integrations.
• Configure client environments, data workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve solutions.
• Provide technical support across onboarding, adoption, and renewals.
