Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Construction Technology Implementation Specialist to drive the rollout and long-term success of Procore across the business. This hands-on role focuses on embedding Procore into day-to-day project delivery and will partner with an existing Implementation Specialist to standardize workflows and support teams across projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years implementing Procore in construction.
• Procore rollout leadership and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, project management, and accounting teams.
• Ability to train, onboard, and influence teams at all levels.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation and rollout of Procore across all projects and departments.
• Configure project templates, workflows, permissions, and company standards.
• Manage initial project setup including folders, document structures, and user access.
• Develop and standardize processes for RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs, and document control.
• Align Procore workflows with existing operational processes.
• Coordinate and manage integrations with accounting, ERP, scheduling, and estimating systems.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions for project teams and office staff.
• Support onboarding of new users and troubleshoot issues during rollout.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and best practice documentation.
• Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the internal Procore expert during and after implementation and support leadership with insights on system usage.
