Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is hiring a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB customer base, primarily subcontractors, general contractors, architects, and engineers. This role focuses on proactive outreach, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to improve product adoption and retention.

The position is full-time, remote within the continental United States, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success, with travel under 10% for GTM or team meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs, uncover risk and growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute customer engagement programs through customer journey with outbound touchpoints and health indicators.
• Provide training and support to clients on using products or services; including demos and creating/updating profiles or saved searches.
• Achieve KPIs for retention, including contact rate, churn, and renewal/retention ratios.
• Follow SOPs for all account interactions in CRM and other tools.
