Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager for a remote US-based role focused on supporting SMB clients in the construction software space. You will drive adoption, provide proactive guidance, and build lasting partnerships to improve retention and satisfaction.

You will engage with customers through structured outreach, train them on product usage, monitor health indicators, and work toward achieving renewal and engagement KPIs while collaborating with the Go-To-Market

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support for SaaS-based software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong integrity and accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand needs, provide support, uncover risk and growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute customer engagement program through customer journeys with outbound touchpoints using health indicators and tools.
• Provide training and support to clients on using products or services, including demonstrations and profile/search setup.
• Achieve KPIs for account retention, including contact rate, churn, renewal and retention ratios.
• Follow SOPs for all account interactions within CRM and other tools.
