Job summary

CommandLink in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to nurture strong relationships with current customers and drive value from our SaaS platform. You will run simple business reviews, support renewals and upsells, and collaborate with leadership to grow your career.

You’ll regularly engage customers via calls and virtual meetings, learn our IT services, and use CRM and quoting tools to stay organized. A positive, proactive, target-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with customers, preferably in sales, account management, or support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to learn new software and processes with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Get to know CommandLink’s technology and support approach to confidently talk to customers.
• Use our software to regularly check in with assigned customers and grow the relationship.
• Identify renewal, upgrades, changes, and additional products/services for customers.
• Learn and use CRM, quoting system, and dashboards to stay organized and hit goals.
• Contribute to a fast-moving environment that values teamwork and customer success.
