Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions is seeking Customer Support Representatives to manage daily customer orders, coordinate with production teams, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional experience. The role supports Account Managers and customers with order status, schedules, and supply chain updates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or sales support; HS diploma required with associate/bachelor’s preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Customer Service or Sales Support, manufacturing preferred.
• High School degree required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and business apps.
• Experience with ERP systems and high-volume orders.
• Experience processing RMAs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, POs, and related docs.
• Support Account Managers with order status and updates.
• Coordinate order changes, expedites, and reschedules.
• Manage RMAs through resolution and logging.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
• Support contracts and special projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Perform other duties as needed.
