Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Customer Success / Account Manager for a remote role with a primary location in San Francisco, CA. You will own post-sale relationships across a growing customer portfolio, driving value from the platform and fostering long-term partnerships.

You will onboard customers, manage ongoing relationships via email/phone/chat, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Strong metrics tracking and cross-sell opportunities are key to success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer success or similar role.
• Experience with CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk.
• Ability to onboard customers and translate features into value.
• Strong tracking and reporting of customer metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through the product to drive adoption and success.
• Manage ongoing customer relationships via email, phone, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly coordinating internally for quick solutions.
• Track and report on customer health metrics and KPIs to identify at-risk accounts.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM.
• Use spreadsheets and data analysis to surface insights.
• Translate product knowledge into practical guidance to help customers hire effectively.
