Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Business, Communication or CS.
• 0–1 year of customer-facing or support experience (internships accepted).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products or cloud platforms.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, processes and customer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new customers for a smooth experience.
• Handle inquiries via chat, email and video calls with timely support.
• Build positive relationships to understand customer goals and drive success with the software.
• Monitor engagement and usage to identify issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with support, product and engineering to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs and support guides.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
