Job summary

Nitra is seeking a charismatic Associate Customer Success Manager to work with doctors, office managers, and practice admins. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and drive engagement over phone, SMS, and email. The role expects 1–3 years of customer-facing experience and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to increase adoption, manage a high-volume workload, and uphold a fast-paced startup culture with ownership and urgency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and handling a high volume of interactions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive outreach to inactive or non-using customers is a plus.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze customer activity data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, SMS, and email.
• Manage a high volume of customer interactions and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Help customers understand and derive value from Nitra’s products and services.
• Proactively re-engage inactive customers to drive usage.
• Identify barriers to usage and resolve customer issues quickly.
• Follow up to ensure all questions are answered and next steps defined.
• Track customer activity and coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support.
• Learn and apply repeatable engagement playbooks as the team scales.
• Operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
