Job summary

Hightouch is hiring a Customer Success Engineer in the United States. You will work directly with users to ensure they derive maximum value from the platform, answering questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, or email.

Reading API docs and translating them into actionable guidance is a key part of the role. The position offers broad exposure across the organization and requires strong collaboration with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Technical background through experience or education.
• Conversant in SQL or willing to learn basics and more advanced topics.
• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions via Intercom, Slack, phone or email to ensure value from the platform.
• Read API documentation and translate it into practical guidance for customers.
