Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Associate Customer Success Specialist to support client adoption and satisfaction by delivering foundational product guidance and basic training. You will collaborate with a CS team to help clients reach standard utilization benchmarks and document engagements with precision.

You will travel up to 25% to dealership locations, supporting both virtual and onsite sessions while upholding CDK values and prioritizing customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Automotive experience required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 25%.
• Demonstrates a strong customer service mindset.
• Organization and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the assigned CSM/CSS to deliver best-in-class service.
• Provide guidance on navigating CDK systems.
• Deliver foundational product walk-throughs and basic workflow guidance.
• Follow utilization benchmarks to guide customers to standard practices.
• Assist with client training sessions (virtual and onsite) and webinars.
• Document all client interactions and outcomes with high accuracy.
• Escalate blockers promptly to CSS, Sr CSS, or Customer Care as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of CDK products and dealership workflows.
