Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who resides near a major airport to deliver best-in-class service to automotive clients. You will work with the dedicated CSM to demonstrate CDK product value and provide solutions for operational needs.

You will train customers, guide usage, and help them reach industry standards while maintaining high documentation and collaboration with internal teams. Up to 80% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops productive relationships with the CSM team to deliver best-in-class customer service to low touch clients.
• Discusses and demonstrates CDK product functionality and industry insights.
• Provides customers with guidance to achieve basic industry standards and drive value.
• Follows product understanding benchmarks to guide customers to best practices.
• Completes client training, consultation, or best-practice requests to drive utilization.
• Escalates blockers to Customer Care to ensure value realization.
• Keeps documentation of dealer engagements relating to performance improvements.
• Supports training resources and reference documentation for customers.
