Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote role in the United States with up to 50% travel. You will drive client satisfaction by understanding dealership needs, maximizing CDK solution adoption, and partnering with sales to uncover additional revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities include guiding clients on CDK products, building trusted advisor relationships, and delivering reports to educate and grow the customer’s business.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License/travel documents (if applicable)
• Minimum 4 years of client services, marketing or sales experience
• Ability to work and influence across all levels of the dealership
• Knowledge of CDK applications and familiarity with automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of variable dealership operations or training dealer staff on software applications and process
• Experience with Salesforce
• High sense of urgency; de-escalation with empathy
• Strong communication skills; team player with limited supervision
• Time management and meeting deadlines
• Ability to travel to client site

Responsibilities

• Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
• Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
• Meet or exceed all performance expectations
• Travel up to 50% of the time
• Drive up to 25% of the time
• Fields questions and directs clients to appropriate support resources
• Assists clients with defining their strategy around CDK solutions and how to utilize them
• Maintains relationships with dealership management
• Demonstrates CDK product expertise and trusted advisor status
• Assesses dealership risk factors and mitigations for CDK applications
• Prepares client-specific reports and presentations to educate and drive growth
• Identifies training needs for dealership staff
• Partners with Sales to grow CDK business with the client
• Retains 'at risk' clients
• Develops relationship with Sr. CSMs and supports as needed
• Seeks feedback; stays positive; recognizes peers
• Uses Totango to document valued-added conversations with dealer partners
