Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Customer Strategy Manager to drive forecast and budget within a division, while aligning strategic business plans for growth. The role coordinates go-to-market strategies, product launches, and the commercialization planning process for Vital Proteins, interfacing with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners.

You will influence 4Ps, pricing, and trade promotions, develop assortment recommendations, and provide retailer insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods.
• Experience in Ready to Drink Active Nutrition preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• P&L management and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning process with analytics & insights to support marketing strategy, preparing timelines & communication of the process.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies and align with field and internal teams.
• Develop promotional programs and in-store displays, monitoring performance to report results.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and execute revenue growth management strategies.
• Provide voice of customer and insights to marketing and sales partners; influence 4Ps.
