Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy developed in partnership with the Head of Customer Marketing.

This role will own the day-to-day operation and activation of a high-impact customer stories program, transforming customer successes into compelling narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand, accelerate sales, support product marketing, and cultivate customer advocates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Marketing, Advocacy, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing customer stories for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, automation, cloud, or technical platform solutions.
• Proven ability to create compelling customer-facing content that drives engagement and business impact.
• Experience working directly with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy by partnering with the Head of Customer Marketing.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline from identification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, to activation.
• Develop customer-friendly processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and ongoing reference management.
• Identify and address story and reference gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Create and oversee customer assets including case studies, videos, executive interviews, sales presentations, and testimonials.
