Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Customer Stories Lead to execute a customer storytelling and advocacy strategy. You will own a high-impact program, transforming customer successes into narratives that strengthen the Siemens brand and drive sales and product marketing impact.

The role requires exceptional storytelling, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex AI, data, and cloud capabilities into business value for enterprise audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or related field.
• Proven ability to create customer-facing content for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, cloud, or data platforms.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline from identification to publication and activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, and reference management.
• Identify and address gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field teams to activate stories across channels.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of referenceable customers with Sales and Success teams.
