Collaborating with Growth leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll build a scalable proof engine highlighting measurable outcomes, translating complex AI and data capabilities into business value for enterprise audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or related field.
• Experience creating customer stories for B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• Ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling content.
• Experience working with senior customer stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Customer Storytelling Strategy with leadership.
• Own end-to-end customer story pipeline: identify, outreach, interview, develop content, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Identify gaps across industries, personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Create and activate customer stories and assets across campaigns, launches, events, and digital experiences.
• Support sales and customer advocacy with referenceable customers and sales-ready proof points.
