Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to develop customer stories for B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Excellent interviewing, writing, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Customer Marketing to operationalize customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference strategy.
• Own the end-to-end customer story pipeline: identification, outreach, interviews, content development, approvals, publication, activation.
• Develop processes for participation, permissions, approvals, advocacy tracking, and reference management.
• Identify and address gaps across industries, buyer personas, use cases, products, geographies, and sales segments.
• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and narrative development to translate capabilities into business value.
