Fivetran, a leader in data integration, is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) to support dbt Labs customers. This full-time remote role covers tickets, email, and video inquiries across the AMER-East region and beyond.

You’ll develop deep product expertise, own issues from start to finish, and contribute to documentation and enablement content. Collaboration with engineering across time zones ensures high-quality support and effective client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and APIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS support or customer success.
• Ability to build documentation and how-to guides using various media.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through tickets, email, and video across time zones.
• Build and deepen your technical expertise across the dbt platform.
• Take ownership of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
• Enhance documentation to be technically accurate and easy to understand.
• Pursue professional development to bring more to the team and users.
• Learn dbt Core and the platform, expanding product knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to deliver high-quality support.
• Use conversational AI tools to research, author, and review support content.
