Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design automation solutions that transform customer experiences and improve operations. You will lead discovery with clients, build business cases, and draft contract-ready content, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

You will identify opportunities, craft robust solutions, and support proposals while guiding risk mitigation and continuous process improvement. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine the most appropriate automation solution with Sales and Sales Engineer during client discussions and RFP reviews.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to design scalable, client-ready solutions.
• Develop the solution approach with timelines, ROI models, and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to scope of work, proposals, and contract materials and review pricing with Sales and Finance.
