Job summary

Supabase is a Postgres development platform; we seek a Customer Solutions Architect to drive adoption for Team & Enterprise customers globally. You will lead technical discovery, design platform-based solutions, and guide proof-of-value engagements with a focus on scalable performance and customer outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to gather feedback, define success criteria, and shape roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture or similar roles.
• Strong background with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Web application development experience; familiarity with Python, C#, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business impact.
• Organized storyteller; able to mediate among stakeholders.
• Experience with project management and revenue ops tools like HubSpot, BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to define objectives, success criteria, and guidance for customers.
• Design, build, and present platform demonstrations to high-value customers.
• Size deals with Growth team and estimate usage for workloads.
• Guide customers through onboarding and value proof activities to promote platform adoption.
• Deliver architecture assessments, performance optimization, and scalable support.
• Act as internal advocate for customers and provide platform feedback.
