Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Services Project Manager based in the United States to lead complex electrical infrastructure and customer service projects from planning through delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least five years of project management experience in construction environments, including electrical distribution.
• Experience with design or installation of low- or medium-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Data center construction experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service projects from initiation through execution, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Establish detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, field service, vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage electrical infrastructure projects including switchgear, transformers, PLCs, and distribution systems.
• Coordinate electrical infrastructure installations, EPC projects, and power system studies.
• Monitor costs, forecast revenue, and manage financial performance.
• Track milestones and adjust plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review contracts, assess scope changes, and negotiate change orders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across third-party vendors.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations.
