Jobgether partner seeks a Construction Manager in the United States for remote leadership across full project lifecycles, from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and contractors to ensure schedule adherence, cost control, and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction delivery, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with PM platforms (e-builder, Primavera, MS Project, Procore).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline preferred (equiv. experience may substitute).
• At least 7 years in construction management, inspection, owner's representation, or contractor delivery.
• Ability to interpret plans and manage costs, schedules, quality, and documentation.
• Experience with public infrastructure, housing rehab/reconstruction, federally funded projects, or disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with government consulting or deadline-driven environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn client systems.
• Experience with PM platforms such as e-Builder, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
• Relevant credentials like CCM, PMP, PE, RA, OSHA, ICC or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate with dispersed, multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of construction delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Review scopes, drawings, estimates, schedules, RFIs, changes.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate site observations and document progress and actions.
• Review payment apps, change orders, and documentation.
• Maintain project records and tracking logs for costs and risks.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and authorities.
• Support permitting, environmental, labor standards, and funding conditions.
• Prepare status reports, forecasts, and executive briefings.
• Lead progress meetings and resolve construction issues.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and document-control standards.
• Support claims prevention and lessons learned.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed.
