Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Project Manager, Field Services/NETA IV based in the United States. You will oversee electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on HV systems up to 500 kV, coordinating field teams and budgets while maintaining customer relationships.

The role blends remote arrangements with substantial fieldwork, requiring on-call availability and strong safety focus. You will work with sales and account teams to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred; military electrical power training valued.
• At least five years of experience managing electrical maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds or switchgear projects.
• Experience with power distribution testing, maintenance and troubleshooting up to 500 kV.
• Familiarity with PowerDB, Doble, relay testing and related HV tools is preferred.
• NETA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong planning, budgeting, organization and problem-solving; good communication with customers.
• Willingness to perform substantial fieldwork and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical field service projects from inspection to data collection for HV systems up to 500 kV.
• Coordinate field teams and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing progress updates and resolving issues.
• Assist in pre-planning, site walkthroughs and quotations with sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope and coordinate additional services.
