Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Customer Services Project Manager based in the United States. You will oversee electrical infrastructure and customer service projects from planning through delivery, coordinating engineers, field staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience: At least five years of relevant experience in project-related roles.
• Construction project management: At least five years of direct project management experience in construction environments, including electrical distribution projects.
• Electrical distribution expertise: At least four years of experience with the design or installation of low- or medium-voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Data center experience: At least four years of experience working on data center construction projects.
• Project planning and execution: Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress across complex technical projects.
• Risk and contract management: Knowledge of risk identification, mitigation, contractual obligations, change orders, vendor oversight, and recovery planning.
• Technical capabilities: Experience reviewing drawings, coordinating electrical installations, testing and commissioning, and safety compliance.
• Financial and commercial acumen: Ability to monitor costs, forecast revenue, and evaluate financial performance.
• Stakeholder management: Ability to communicate complex issues to multiple organizational levels.
• Leadership and collaboration: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage priorities.
• Customer focus: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve project challenges.
• Travel availability: Willingness to travel domestically up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service projects from initiation through execution, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resources, quality/testing plans, risk registers, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, field service, vendors, consultants, contractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee electrical infrastructure projects including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, distribution systems, battery systems, cables, and related equipment.
• Coordinate data center and construction EPC projects, power system studies, and turnkey initiatives.
• Monitor project costs, forecast revenue, evaluate financial performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Track milestones, evaluate completion forecasts, monitor performance, and implement recovery plans if delays occur.
• Review contracts, assess scope changes, negotiate change orders, and ensure compliance by suppliers and contractors.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, financial, and scheduling risks across third-party vendors and service providers.
• Maintain customer relationships with regular updates, schedule coordination, and issue resolution for satisfaction and partnerships.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance through reviews of drawings, testing, commissioning, and safety protocols.
• Lead stakeholder communications, presenting issues and recommendations to internal teams and customers.
