Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in electrical power or equivalent military training.
• 5+ years of experience managing electrical maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, or switchgear commissioning.
• Experience with relay testing, power metering, and related field services.
• NETA certification a plus; OSHA 30 hour and related safety training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical service jobs including inspecting, testing, troubleshooting and startup data collection for low to 500kV systems.
• At least 50% of duties will be performed in the field and site-based.
• Assist in pre-planning, walkthroughs, and estimating with sales for quotes.
• Identify and assign crew member tasks; interface with customers for updates.
• Monitor job budget and time/material costs; prepare final reports.
• Rotate emergency on-call duties; respond to customer emergencies in a timely manner.
