Job summary

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Supervisor - Customer Service to mentor and lead a team delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both remote operations within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah, and our Utah office, ensuring high service levels and accurate account management.

The ideal candidate brings a background in customer service with leadership capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to perform basic calculations for discounts and percentages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train team members on effective customer interaction methods.
• Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate team members to achieve desired results.
• Ensure service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage and accurately document account details.

YOU’LL BRING:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will need to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
