Job summary

Progressive Leasing, based in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead a remote team serving customers across the region. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and ensuring high service levels while handling calls and documenting accounts.

Hybrid remote work within a 60-mile radius of Glendale is available, with scheduling that includes nights and weekends. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits as part of Progressive Leasing’s commitment

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Train team members on effective customer interaction methods.
Examine team behavior and practices to provide constructive feedback and direction.
Motivate team members to achieve desired results.
Ensure that service levels consistently exceed expectations for the team.
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Work with Progressive Leasing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage and accurately document account details.
