Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Supervisor, Collections to lead and develop the collections team. This full-time, work-from-home role can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, with an 11:30 AM–8:00 PM shift. You will mentor agents, coach on best practices, and ensure effective collection strategies while upholding compliance standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences as part of a dynamic FinTech team.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections is required.
• Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with FDCPA and TCPA.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop agents.
• Train team on effective customer interaction and collection methods.
• Examine team behavior to provide timely feedback and direction.
• Motivate team to achieve desired results.
• Document account details and agent performance.
• Work with Progressive Customers to provide exceptional experiences.
• Handle escalated customer situations.
• Act as the primary responder to questions from the team.
• Ensure service levels and saturation hit expectations.
• Set monthly goals for the team and communicate the action plan.
• Manage time to complete administrative responsibilities.
